Volunteer Roles

Role	Description
Registration & Information Desk	Welcome attendees, manage check-ins, and provide event information.
Floor Helper	Assist with setup, teardown, merchandise distribution, F&B, and ensuring smooth operations.
Photographer	Capture the most memorable moments of the event.
Emcee	Facilitate sessions, introduce speakers, and ensure smooth transitions.
Technical Support & Speaker Assistant	Help with AV setup and support speakers during their sessions.
Security & First Aid	Ensure attendee safety and provide assistance as needed.

Visa Letter Assistance

Volunteers traveling from overseas can request an official Visa Support Letter once accepted. Our team will coordinate with you to ensure smooth documentation.
