Volunteer Roles
| Role | Description |
| Registration & Information Desk | Welcome attendees, manage check-ins, and provide event information. |
| Floor Helper | Assist with setup, teardown, merchandise distribution, F&B, and ensuring smooth operations. |
| Photographer | Capture the most memorable moments of the event. |
| Emcee | Facilitate sessions, introduce speakers, and ensure smooth transitions. |
| Technical Support & Speaker Assistant | Help with AV setup and support speakers during their sessions. |
| Security & First Aid | Ensure attendee safety and provide assistance as needed. |
Visa Letter Assistance
Volunteers traveling from overseas can request an official Visa Support Letter once accepted. Our team will coordinate with you to ensure smooth documentation.
