    Volunteer Roles

    Registration & Information DeskWelcome attendees, manage check-ins, and provide event information.
    Floor HelperAssist with setup, teardown, merchandise distribution, F&B, and ensuring smooth operations.
    PhotographerCapture the most memorable moments of the event.
    EmceeFacilitate sessions, introduce speakers, and ensure smooth transitions.
    Technical Support & Speaker AssistantHelp with AV setup and support speakers during their sessions.
    Security & First AidEnsure attendee safety and provide assistance as needed.

    Visa Letter Assistance

    Volunteers traveling from overseas can request an official Visa Support Letter once accepted. Our team will coordinate with you to ensure smooth documentation.

    Speakers are the heart and soul of WordCamp. That being said, this is your chance to share your insights, passion, skills, and diverse perspectives with the vibrant WordPress community in Malaysia.
