Volunteer Roles
We need volunteers for a variety of roles, so there’s something for everyone – no matter your experience level or background! We have the following key roles to suit your skills and interests:
- Registration & Information Desk: Assist with attendee check-ins and distribute name tags. Provide attendees with event information and directions.
2. Floor Helper: Assist wherever needed, including setup and tear down, ensuring smooth operations, and distributing event merchandise.
3. Photographer: Capture memorable moments of the event.
4. Emcee: Warmly introduce the speakers, facilitate Q&A, and a smooth transition of each session.
5. Technical Support & Speaker Assistant: Help with setup and troubleshooting of technical equipment and responsible for the peace of mind of speakers and their sessions.
6. Security & First Aid: Assist attendees with needs.
