If your plans have taken an unexpected turn and you can’t make it, we’ve got you covered. You can transfer your ticket to someone who can benefit from this enriching event. Simply follow this link for the transfer process: https://malaysia.wordcamp.org/2023/transfer-your-ticket/
If you need a refund for your ticket instead, please note that the refund request window will close at midnight on 31st August 2023. After this time, all refund requests will no longer be processed.
To request a refund:
- Open the confirmation email you received when you purchased a WordCamp Asia ticket (Tip: search for “Your Ticket to WordCamp Malaysia”.
- Click on the ticket access link in that email.
- Click on the “request a refund” link and fill in the form accordingly.
